PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL MEETING
The Board of Aldermen will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at The Timbers of Eureka, 1 Coffey Park Lane, Eureka, Missouri to conduct a public hearing relating to proposed 2020 property tax rates and a proposed ordinance to confirm, ratify and approve the property tax rates to be assessed for the year 2020.
Additionally, consideration will be given to a resolution or ordinance relating to the City's receipt of funds in connection with the CARES Act.
The City of Eureka Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at The Timbers of Eureka, 1 Coffey Park Lane, Eureka, Missouri for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:
A. A petition from Anthony Clavenna, representing Gateway Car Connection, LLC, for a Special Use Permit to perform motor vehicle detailing services at 1091 West Fifth Street in conjunction with their motor vehicle display lot previously authorized at a separate location.
B. A petition from Richard Reichert, representing Executive Auto Plaza, LLC, for a Special Use Permit for a motor vehicle sales display lot at 527 North Central Avenue.
C. A petition from David Chamberlin, representing Great Escapes RV Center, Inc., to amend their motor vehicle and RV sales display lot and service facility Special Use Permit at 18155 U.S. Highway 66 to include the operation of an outdoor propane tank.
