PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Eureka Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at The Timbers of Eureka, 1 Coffey Park Lane, Eureka, Missouri for the purpose of receiving public comments on the following:
A. A petition from 5th Street Properties, LLC to amend the Planned Commercial zoning at 527 North Central Avenue to allow for Special Use Permit consideration of a drive-through food and beverage facility.
B. A petition from Angela and Scott Garland for a Special Use Permit for the drive-through component of a food and beverage facility at 527 North Central Avenue.
