The Eureka Community Garden is located directly across from the Eureka Police Department on City Hall Drive. Registration for the 2022-2023 season has begun. Past gardeners will have first priority for the 2022 season. 

Gardening Season

The gardening season runs March 1, 2022, through January 31, 2023. You will be signing up for a bed for this entire time frame. 50 garden beds are available. After those beds are reserved a wait list will form for future openings and expansion. Contact Lizzie Roberds at to reserve a garden plot.

Clean-up Deposit

A clean-up deposit of $25.00 and a plot fee of $50.00 for residents and $60.00 for non-residents is required before the plot can be assigned for the 2022-2023 growing season. The deposit will be returned in the fall after you have removed all of your plants and cleaned your plot. The plot fee goes toward the expenses of the community gardens such as:

  • Box Construction
  • Community Tools
  • Soil
  • Water, Etc.
